JAnnot has now support for a few new data types:

• Wiggle tracks (continuous valued data), with some parsers and an internal representation
• Multiple alignment data, with some parsers and internal representation
• Added support for syntenic block representation

Besides new types of data also some other improvements were made to JAnnot.

• The concept of an Annotation was made more general, to make it easier to add data types in the future
• Made some speed improvements for faster loading times of large data sets
• Improved documentation of some classes
• Removed progress monitoring, this is something for the front-end
• Fixed an issue to get qualifiers from a feature
