Version 1.6.2 of GenomeView has been released. This version fixes a number of bugs and has some new features, as usual.

New features

• Undo redo functionality has been improved
• In syntheny mode the gene names are displayed
• When relations are known, they are displayed with a highlight

Bug fixes

• URL that start or end with white space now load correctly
• When started from a gff without sequence the GUI behaves better
• Dialogs are place at the center of the program window, not the center of the screen
• fixed bug in save as... when a tiling array is loaded
• fixed bug in save as... when cancel is selected
• when a CDS is already selected and you try to edit, the uniquehitselection dialog doesn't pop-up
• drawing of CDS after and edit is fixed
• zoom buttons on chromosomeview behave better
