Submit a support ticket

If you are still having trouble loading your data or you think you found a bug or you want to request a feature please log a ticket with the following information:

   Detailed description of your problem.
   Include the log file from the problematic GenomeView run. 
   Which version of GV are you running?
   What operating system? OS X, Windows, Linux, ...?
   Which version of Java are you running?
   List step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
   Provide us with access to the data files that are problematic. (optional)

We need this information to help you as quickly as possible. If the problem is data specific and you can't share the data with us, there is likely very little we can do for you.
